Chimney Wrapped In Siding

I am trying to decide whether to have the chimney rebuilt with brick and have the brick stained to match the existing brick on the house or whether to just cover my chimney with some kind of siding and build it up to the needed height.

Either way it s a low maintenance option that will look terrific for years and years.
